Refund policy

Every TurfBird piece is made to order just for you, so all sales are final. We don't accept returns or exchanges for size, fit, or change of mind, so please check the size guide before ordering.

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, email us at turfbirdsales@gmail.com with your order number and a photo within 30 days of delivery, and we'll send you a free replacement or a refund. If your package never shows up, reach out within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll make it right.

Please don't send anything back without contacting us first.
